Fauzia brings a wealth of experience from the public sector. She joins the firm from the public service practice, having worked at the Vice President’s Office in Zanzibar. She advises on project contracts management, project financing, administration and legal aspects of monitoring and evaluation of projects. She has also advised and played a crucial role in dispute management and avoidance that commonly arises in projects during the execution stage. She has vast experience in the alternative dispute resolution approach. She holds a bachelors degree in law and sharia (LLB) from Zanzibar University, admitted and licensed to practice law both in Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar.
