Akyoo is a partner and co-founder of Rollette & Co.He has an in-depth experience in contracts negotiations and management. He has been the legal manager for Security Group Africa (SGA) the multinational private security company in Tanzania with over 6,000 employees in Tanzania and 15,000 in East Africa. His experience in Corporate Governance, Human Capital laws (labour laws) and contracts management and negotiation is rich. He has advised and assisted to negotiate contracts with some of the private and public entities such as the United Nations affiliated organizations, Tanzania Ports Authority , Mining Companies and many others. He is an ISO accredited, a member of Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators, a member of National Construction Council of Tanzania and Association of Arbitrators in South Africa.

Akyoo has also acted in several high-profile commercial disputes cases and related matters, including his recent move to the high of Tanzania to enforce the IP rights of a German car manufacturing company. He has also advised on various Foreign Direct Investment matters, including compliance on local contents in upstream, midstream and downstream and petrochemical matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, banking and commercial transactions. He also serves as corporate secretary to various entities in Tanzania.
